AARON JACOBS
District 7390 Governor 2027-28 |
Bio
Aaron Jacobs has been a Rotarian for 18 years, with Rotary service deeply rooted in both his family and his community. His father was a charter member of the Rotary Club of North York, providing Aaron with an early example of Rotary’s commitment to service, fellowship, and community leadership.
A member of the Rotary Club of York, Aaron has maintained perfect attendance throughout his 18 years in Rotary and is a Paul Harris Fellow +4. He has served as President of the nearly 300-member club and has been actively involved in numerous service initiatives throughout York and beyond.
Aaron is especially passionate about environmental and community improvement projects. As an active member of the club’s Preserve Planet Earth Committee, he has helped lead an ongoing tree-planting initiative that will soon celebrate the planting of its 1,000th tree. His other major service projects have included helping lead the refurbishment of York City’s historic Continental Square and Market Street corridor, as well as the restoration of Kiwanis Lake, one of the city’s most recognizable public spaces.
Aaron’s Rotary service has also taken him internationally. In 2025, he participated in a Rotary Global Missions trip to Sendafa, Ethiopia, an experience that reinforced his appreciation for Rotary’s ability to create meaningful change both at home and around the world.
Professionally, Aaron is the founder and president of Scorecard Sales, a York-based sales and leadership development company that works with organizations and their teams to improve sales performance, customer service, leadership, and accountability.
Aaron lives in York City and is an active member of his church. When he isn’t working, serving through Rotary, or planting trees, his favorite hobby is refreshingly uncomplicated: eating. Not cooking. Not food photography. Just eating.
As District Governor-Elect, Aaron looks forward to building relationships throughout the district, strengthening Rotary clubs, and helping Rotarians turn their ideas for service into lasting impact.
